Our baby food processing machine has an extremely short processing time, so ingredients maintain their freshness. It is also hygienic thanks to its closed system that delivers pasteurization and sterilization as required whilst maintaining the integrity of particles.

The manufacturing process of baby food can be divided into several stages:

  • Step-1 Raw Materials dumps/receiving, cleaning, grading, and separating serially: raw materials like wheat, corn, soya bean, chickpea, etc… will be received, transported, graded, cleaned, separated and sorted to the next silos.
  • Step-2 Distribution to Units: wheat will be transported to mill, chick pea, corn, soya bean, will be transported to roasting.
  • Step-3 Roasting: roasting of chickpea, corn or soya bean handled indirectly in the horizontal rotary roaster using electric or gas as fuel then the dried attached will transfer the roasted materials to other silos.
  • Step-4 Milling; Grinding; and Separation: what is milled and separated by cyclone and the powder transferred to the batching unit silo, Roasted materials also milled, grinded and separated then powder will be transferred directly to batching unit silos.
  • Step-5 Transporting: According to the required formulation, batching unit will fetch the ingredients from all batching silos and transferred to horizontal paddle mixer through screws.
  • Step-6 Mixing: mixing will be done where the batching unit delivered the required amounts; liquid add system delivers required amount and hand add delivers micronutrients all together by reducing, de mixing and agglomeration with acceptable residence time at <3% coefficient variation.
  • Step-7 Mix receiving and product rectification: mix receiving hood will receive the mixed fortified baby food and will transfer either mash silo or flaking cooker.
  • Step 8: Packing system: the finished feed will be packed.
