Our seed cleaning machine is manufactured using mild steel according to food hygiene requirements. Primarily we recommend for those farmers who are working in the field of food raw material production and processing, also for organic producers and manufacturers engaged in food production.

Seed Processing Plants, 3D Model

Steps involve in seed processing

  • Step-1 Cleaning: the seed is cleaned to remove impurities such as sticks and stones and other course and fine materials. The whole pure seed is then passed for further processing into the conditioning bins.
  • Step-2 Tempering and conditioning: At this stage in the seed milling process, soaking of the seed in water takes place for easy removal of the bran. Conditioning is done before seed flour milling process to ensure moisture content is uniform throughout the grain. Moisture helps to prevent the bran (outer layer) from breakage during milling.
  • Step-3 Gristing: Gristing refer to the blending of conditioned and cleaned seed. At this stage different seed batches are mixed to create the required specific kind and quality of flour
  • Step-4 Separating: The grist goes through a series of rolls rotated at various speed levels. The rolls only split the seed grain open to separate the inner white portion form the bran.
  • Step-5 Milling: The seed is ground by a flour mill machine that crushes it into pieces. It is then put through sifters from which the meal obtained starts out course. With repeated grinding and sifting, the meal becomes fine flour, seed germ and seed bran. These can be sold separately, used to produce different flours or used together to produce whole meal flour.
  • Step-6 Blending: Here, constituents are mixed together to produce different flours.
  • This new model of Seed cleaning, separating, sorting & flour processing plant has unique characteristics as follows:

    • low cost due to material availability
    • The sieves are quick, easy to replace
    • Extremely low power consumption
    • Requires minimal maintenance
